AB  - The rate of economic growth in China is quite high. This, added to the total pool of VC in China-which is reported to be US$24 billion-and China's entry into the WTO, signals big things ahead for investment in China. This article discusses appropriate investment horizons, venture stages, ownership structures, passive versus active investment partners, and co-investing opportunities and problems.
