(NHB), provided quick and accurate analysis, identified the alternative that would maximize value to all interests, and implemented the alternative expeditiously and efficiently. The NHB case team earned high marks from professionals on all sides of the case as well as the bankruptcy court for its cost-effectiveness and accelerated timetable.
