AB When that time comes to call in an experienced turnaround manager, how to find the right one? There are three groups of turnaround advisors: big accounting firms, boutique investment banks, and independent turnaround management firms. This article reviews the process of how to make the most from the interview and what to expect the turnaround firm to accomplish. The benefits of using an outside firm are also noted.
